➢ Prepare and submit the Company’s monthly financial results, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and forecasting, working capital optimization and complete the reporting requirements of the Company.➢ Comparing the actual vs budgets and finding out the reason for deviations.➢ Monitoring all general ledger accounts and their supporting transaction documents and scrutinizing the posting of data to various ledgers and registers following established accounting techniques and procedures.➢ Preparation of financial statements in adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards.➢ Coordinate with external auditors & provide them with adequate information for the audit of accounts.➢ Managing accounts receivables, payables, and their reconciliations.➢ Review of depreciation schedules, closing provisions and other reconciliations.➢ Managing and supervising multiple assignments as per scheduled timelines and budgets.➢ Preparation of financial model for obtaining the bank finance/private investments.➢ Liaising with statutory authorities like RERA, and Land Departments and preparation of relevant statutory reports as per their guidelines.
