CurrentKey Accountabilities Utilizing manpower as per shift schedule / developing relation-ship with internal & external departments.Handling Outward connections & zero bag untraceable cases. Ensure 100% ERP Data forward & paper work documents.Handling inbound operation & following with vendor on zero missing bag process.Maintaining the bag wise weight while retrieving / Handling vendor pilferages on damages cases / Maintaining Inbound retrieval SDR reportHandling and resolving CS escalation and priority mail and communicating to internal team about delay & offloads.Handling outbound and inbound shipments consisting of forward, NDD, 3PL and market place categories. Managing team w.r.t operations, escalations, implementation of lean methods and handling issues coordinating with central team.Handling forward shipments, 3PL and returns (RTO) in Flipkart’s largest Fulfilment Centre.Supervising both inbound and outbound logistic operations viz., Air cargo & inland transportation up to warehousing.Coordinating with transport agents for effective transport solutions. Negotiating with transporters to ensure seamless and cost effective movement of consignment. . Responsible for maintaining DCs and material receipt certificates.Identification of cost effective suppliers for procurement with an aim of improving quality and reliability.Reduced loss due to mishandling of shipments. Improved processes to ensure less customer impact.Brought down bag and shipment level pendency to almost zero.
