I worked for Knox County for almost 3.5 years as a Construction Inspector. Job duties included reading plans and ensuring that contractors follow the plans in order to have their bonds released. I have dealt with many contractors and developers in my 3.5 years at Knox County and this has helped further my career.

I started as a laborer and worked my way up through the ditch to operator and later on became estimator for bidding jobs. In my last 2 years working with Mr. Woods, I managed several projects from stat to finish and coordinated crews with various contractors. Examples - Tremont waste water treatment system, Chimneys, Cosby and Metcalf Bottoms water tank re-habs, Food City - Morristown (old Berkline site).

I worked for Shady Grove Utility District for 3 months as a meter reader and also helped fix water line leaks.
