 Planning and preparing the budget of all operations and logistics which are required for filmmaking.  Script reading and working on the budget of a specific project.  Coordinating with Line Producer (LP) in all the physical and technical processes offilmmaking.  Negotiating with the vendors from different department and trying to get the best possibledeals as per the assigned / given budget.  Preparing & Presenting COP (Cost of Production) Report to the client as per thererequirement.  Preparing forecasting reports on the basis of daily shoot cost reports.  Coordinating with production team, vendors and various department team to setup the auditprocess & smooth work flow.  Approving & Auditing invoices as per the deals finalized between production team andvendor.  Reconcile bank statement for proper and smooth fund flow.  Carrying out inventory audit and prepare inventory valuation reports of every department.
