• Manages day to day operations in Security Operations Center (SOC)• Develop development plans for security analyst and building up skill set for the team.• Incident response and case handling for security threats• Provide consultation and services for partners or customers.• Other Professional Services such as Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test (VAPT), securiy platforms monitoring, solution deployment (SIEM, PAM, EDR, web and email security, etc) and customization.

• Running a technical operation team and technical resources management• Involved in pre-sales activities including product presentation, tender clarifications and submissions, liaise with product vendor on bill of materials, and assist sales during customer meetings.• Involved in projects/implementations for various security products of the company, post sales support, and customization (plugin/use cases for SIEM/scripts, etc).• Background in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Leak Protection (DLP), email and web security solutions and more.

• Involved in post sales support of several security solutions and support cases handling. Perform onsite troubleshooting and remediation.• Involved in implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Information and Event Management, and other security solutions. • Installation of security solutions and customization.• Conduct product presentations and customer meetings
