As an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector, I find fulfillment in contributing to meaningful causes that positively impact communities. Throughout my journey, I've been privileged to craft innovative solutions, streamline operations, and implement programs and policy.These experiences have taught me the importance of empathy and understanding, inspiring me to design comprehensive training systems that foster a culture of excellence and collaboration among doctors, researchers, and students. In my pursuit of creating positive change, I've had the opportunity to secure significant funding for underserved communities, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are addressed. Along this path, I took on the responsibility of spearheading the development of the Research Occupational Health and Safety program, placing a premium on the safety and well-being of research personnel. In addition to my work in the nonprofit sector, I discovered my passion for coaching as a head soccer coach. This role has given me the chance to inspire growth in others, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic among players. It's a privilege to witness their achievements and instill a love for the game.
