• Manage liquidity in the system on day-to-day basis.• Manage Investment portfolio spread across money market, FDs in India (Book value: INR 15,400 Cr).• Having rich experience in investment in Govt Bonds (G-Sec), Corporate Bonds, Mutual Funds, corporate FDs, Bank FDs etc.• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, working with banks globally for account administration.• Conceptualizing and building centralized global treasury and banking operations from India HQ. • Design forecasting/budgeting framework for 22 countries globally.• Coordinate and monitor Intercompany requirements and movement of funds. • Execute all banking agreements/documentation for different services.• Work with management on global cash positioning project (weekly).• Track cash performance on a weekly basis (estimate vs. actual) • Analysing risk attached to investments on regular basis.• Monthly review of bank fees and their analysis.• Manage company account payables like vendor payments, A2 payments, Nodal payouts etc.• Manage banking queries for country managers globally and liaison with bank for payment & account management issues.• Manage ODI transactions to IP WOS entities.• Manage end to end ECB borrowing transactions including Interest payouts, regulatory reporting with AD bank, Loan closure etc.• Manage hedging for all foreign Inward remittances.• Have deep knowledge in issuance of LC, BG, CMS services.• Financial Reporting including Treasury accounting reports for management on monthly basis including Interest calculation, accrued interest calculation, prepare quarterly MA account reporting with bank.• Part of core team for Zomato – IPO and helps in finalizing the bankers to Issue, Monitoring Agency etc

• Manage GE’s in house transactions banking system & helping GE’s product team with SWIFT, SEPA & foreign payment implementation.• Make MIS reports on daily basis and share with GE.• Process Management that includes designing/suggesting new automated processes to GE.• Working on global banking queries and banking relationship in close coordination with GE treasury team.• Regular liaising with banks in Europe & Asia Pacific to enhance the functions for the banking system.• Coordinating with the banks for to ensure timely reporting of bank statement, fee report via SWIFT.

• Posting of BACS statements, which includes posting of Monies, Received to individual Accounts.• Reconciliation of Payments of Accounts upon Receipt of final Payments.• Expert(s) Payments.• Office Accounts cheque requests /Purchase ledger payments.• Nominal Account cheques – Utility bills etc.• Petty Cash payments.• Client Account cheques and cost transfers.
