An automotive engineer by profession with bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and masters degree in Thermal Engineering. -Key responsibilities (currently handling)• Calibration of Fully Automatic Temperature Control (FATC) system for passenger electric cars• Testing and Validation of HVAC and Battery Cooling system• Using CANape, CANoe tools for data logging, analysis, and troubleshooting• Handling field issues in EV related to HVAC systems-Key responsibilities (handled in past)• Holds an experience of working in different aspects of Crash & Safety domain (Restraints system analysis, Structural analysis, BIW and Pedestrian analysis)• Hands on experience of working on CAE tools (Primer, D3Plot, T/His) used in LS Dyna environment• Working experience on MATLAB/SIMULINK modelling to derive Test-CAE correlation metric• Working experience on validation of AC system performance for 9mtr and 12mtr Electric BusI always strive for continuous improvement in my field as well as excited to diversify my knowledge across other fields.
