To manage all store activities in projects site, co ordinate with user department and purchase dept.To create Indent through (SAP) after getting approval from Project Head.To issue materials to Task /sub-contractor through material issue voucher duly authorized signatory.To maintain the Computerized stock ledger to ensure the stock match physical V/s ledger on monthly basis.To take the returned material from task/ sub-contractors into books/ ledger after only acceptance of QC Dept.Maintaining Stock Register,Supervision of incoming and Outgoing Stock.Physical balance verification and preparation of stock march status report on Monthly basisReceiving Material on Inspection cell & making Inspection report, Making of SRR (Store Receiving Report), Checking of Issue Slips 7 make Proper entries for month tracking of inventory.To take correct measurement and weighment of all bulk materials (steel, aggregates, cement, diesel, bitumen etc.).Arranging labour for loading and unloading, stacking them in right place.Maintenance of all Manual formats, Reports and registers for bulk materials, consumables, fixed assets, construction accessories.Verification of Supply bills, delivery documents etc. with PO.Issuing the materials as per issue indent and entering the issuing material in the outwards register after the approvals by Project in charge and stores in charge.Issue materials to sub-contractors on debatable basis with proper authorization and as per work order terms and ensures proper recovery of material debits.Material Handled: All types of Civil, Structural, Equipment spares, Electrical items, Measuring Instruments, Tools & Tackles, Lubricants, Shuttering materials & General Consumables items related to Construction Projects.
