We take a critical eye to daily news and use our connections to gather cutting-edge professional opinions and deep insight into the latest happenings across the world’s emerging markets. From 2017 to 2019, we built up three strong brands: 36Kr出海, KrASIA, and 36Kr Japan. In 2019, we went one step further and formally integrated our three brands into an overseas arm, 36Kr Global.

- Provided innovation consulting service to help Fortune 500 enterprises in innovationtransformation, from constructing organisation architect to organising matchmakingmeetings- Developed a set of systematic innovation methodology with 4 team members andpresented education series to 5 leading corporations that seek to encourage internalinnovation- Pitched service proposals to industry leading corporations and secured 8 clients in 5industries- Helped clients to analyze business challenge, scout desirable startups, and compilein-depth research reports- Co-designed product/service proposals with startups and provided product-demandguidance- Discussed with board of directors of clients about service model, business context,research findings and startup briefs

- Communicated closely with modelling development team from the perspective of customer needs and extracted valued results from miscellaneous data generated by 120 econometric models.- Organized daily meeting with 5 team members; researched and provided expedient insights for proper visualization plots.- Researched competing BI platforms and user experience; built research report; designed interactive price elasticity dashboard for existing BI platform with team members and successfully sold to clients.- Filtered abnormal data in dashboard and wrote extra exception report as a sample to suggest company providing exception report as value-added service to attract clients and potentially increase revenue.
