I Led key work stream of £60 million digital transformation programme. I successfully deployed new digital maintenance forecast tool, process and operating model, collaborating across business sectors and functions, and external consultants Project One and Accenture. I improved consistency and efficiency, resulting in global business alignment between financial and operational plans and saving US$300 million technical related costs for next 5 years.

I worked in China for over three years, have led the Greater China Region Services function and delivered annual services contracts worth more than US$1 billion to regional customers. I was the first Head of Services in region and this was a critical role to set up and develop service team capability as part of Rolls-Royce Plc Strategy. I developed regional service strategy, I Introduced new capability to customer and repair overhaul network. I was accountable for all services related issues in region including operations to satisfy customer requirement and meet internal financial business plan, quality and planning. Adance3 demo programme was part of Rolls – Royce future strategic technology programme. I joined the programme from day one and I led the development of Project Supply Chain Strategy and supply chain requirements. I also successfully managed supplier selection across the project globally, I introduced new fast make supply chain and set up supply chain and established global fast make supply chain ($20 million) to support fast make strategy;. I initiated a new system and delivered the change as part of Rolls-Royce Product Development System to project and supply chain sections for the company to improve New Product Introduction delivery performance. I also programme managed whole engine programme and supply chain senior governance and programme managed project non-engineer resource load capacity and engine unit cost through financial cycle.

I set up new facility and production within 2 years, leading sustained cultural and behavioral change. I led a cross functional, multinational team (14 operational management, 120 shop floor and seven supply chain personnel) and managed 4 projects to transfer parts from Rolls - Royce to supplier, from supplier to supplier. I brought culture changes to supplier and significant improved supplier performance (Supplier audit score changed from 24% to 75%). As part of high potential pool in Rolls-Royce, I was nominated for international business awareness course in Bangalore, India, in 2011, where I completed a project ‘setting up an effective supply chain in emerging markets’.
