Closely monitoring the all Service sales jobs so as to meet the target KPI & propose strategies to achieve / set new targets.Building teams by educating them through presentations and having closed group meetings to discuss major technical issues and solutions. Creating a synergic effect among team members and rigorously testing team members so as to identify bottlenecks.

Managed a team of 27 Field service representatives responsible for carrying out service operations throughout the UAE and off shore in the field of Marine, Petroleum, Gensets and Industrial engines.
