Order management: Manage and control the process of following the whole order process, adopt T&A (time and action calendars) for maintain on time delivery, WIP process weekly tracking and reporting all details (color, fitting, testing, label, package,cut, sew,packing,inspection,shipment) from all factories, monitor and control product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements, Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers to maximize profits, Evaluation the strengths and weaknesses with all raw material suppliers and factories to make sure order placed with right supplier and factory, Responsible for working with our quality control and product development department to ensure that all products manufactured meet the quality expected, the budgeted cost and the expected shipment time. Maintain the smooth communication with all cross-functional team and overseas office as well as buyers. Team management: Train and develop all team members to maximize their potential and motivate them with strong desire, coach the team to be customer-focused,result-oriented in their work, lead the team of merchandiser to ensure all order be proper handled to result in high quality products and on time delivery.

Follow up the whole process of order from development to delivery, timeline control, all detail jobs, create SRS sheet, costing breakdown,color monitor report, fit arrange submit and approval monitor, ,material purchasing request and tracing, testing arrangement, inspection booking and follow up, shipment, control every procedure and all details to ensure delivery.

Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly plans, the release and implementation of production instructions, and the progress tracking until they are achieved. According to the order review, workshop production plan implementation, combined with inventory analysis and timely adjust the plan. Responsible for material follow-up, coordinate the work of all departments, lead the meeting, ensure the smooth production.
