Responsibilities:PRC Individual Income Tax (IIT) Compliance Service• Complete technically accurate PRC IIT (including monthly and annual) return deliverable for International companies in a effective and efficient manner, properly referenced to supporting documents • Communicate with the clients as well as relevant authorities for information and research request, whenever the need arises• Assist clients in handling the PRC IIT self-inspection required by the tax bureau and prepare the backlog filing (if any) to maintain complianceTax Advisory, Planning and Immigration Service• Pursuant to PRC IIT laws and regulations, provide assistance in restructuring the compensation packages of expatriates to legally avoid PRC IIT• Conduct international assignment-related computations (e.g. hypothetical tax calculations, foreign tax credits and annual tax reconciliation, etc) to facilitate the implementation of client's global mobility strategy• Prepare required documents for tax registrations (such as Stock Incentive Plan registration, Non PRC tax resident registration , etc.) on behalf of the clients to help them enjoy tax benefits• Assist expatriates to apply for legal permits and certificates (such as work and residence permit, income tax notarization letter, PRC Residence Certificates, etc)
