As a nurse at The MetroHealth System, I provide quality care to patients from diverse backgrounds and needs, while also using my medical interpreting skills to facilitate communication between patients, families, and health care providers. I have over seven years of experience in the health care sector, working at University Hospitals before joining The MetroHealth System in November 2023.In addition to my clinical duties, I also perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling, to ensure the smooth operation of the unit and the satisfaction of the patients. I am proficient in both English and Arabic languages, and I have a bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Cleveland State University. I am passionate about improving the health outcomes and the cultural competence of the communities I serve.
