I viewed cuts, compiled episode blur lists, and informed clearance supervisor of any possible issues. I also assembled logs for appearances, locations, and acquired materials and updated logs to match editorial changes.

I assisted the supervisor in clearing and licensing clips, photos, and other assets for 8 episodes of a clearance-heavy behind-the-scenes series for Disney+. As part of this role, I identified, sent, and tracked clearance requests for 24 segments across multiple Business Units within Disney. I also advised segment producers on rights & clearances issues, communicated with dozens of Network executives regarding assets, and created and maintained legal logs that I submitted to Network with executed licenses.
