Role Overview: As a Senior Executive in Patient Statements, our primary responsibility involves thoroughly analyzing patient accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records. This includes verifying all payments received from insurance providers and ensuring the patient’s ledger reflects a zero balance within the Practice Management System (PMS). We are accountable for identifying any outstanding balances, determining if there is an amount due from the patient, and coordinating with patients to collect any remaining dues on behalf of the healthcare provider.
