I have more than 14 years expereince in Procurement field with Saipem Saudi Arabia, Oman Abu Dhabi and Petro Rabigh ( Saudi Aramco) I am completed B.Com and have additional knowledge of Microsoft office word, Excel and SAP My main function was handling of requisitions,(PR) quotation,(RFQ) price analysis, supplier recommendation, issuing purchase orders,(PO) work orders(WO) and delivery orders, (DO) expedite materials, verification of invoices and submit to account department.I acted as the interface between procurement for the production team offshore as well as the onshore team (drilling and pipeline projects). I attended all the production meetings and sorted out procurement-related problems that the teams experienced regarding materials and expedited the supply of materials that were delayed by tracking and chasing the ordered materials.Sourcing and purchasing the following commodities and services for the maintenance department, general engineering and fabrication, air conditioners and chillers, hydraulics and pneumatics, transmission, crane and lifting equipment all type of metals specialized pipes and fittings pumps valves were part of my responsibilities.
