This involves setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and adapting strategies to changing market conditions.🌹Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve the company’s foreign trade objectives.🌹Leading and coordinating the activities of the sales team to ensure they meet international sales objectives. This includes providing training, developing sales tools, and supporting the team in client negotiations.🌹Building and maintaining strong relationships with key international clients and distributors. This involves negotiating contracts, managing large accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling service issues or complaints.🌹Overseeing the export logistics process, ensuring that all international sales transactions comply with global trade regulations and laws. This includes managing the preparation of export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping.🌹Working closely with the production, R&D, and marketing departments to ensure product specifications meet international market needs and to coordinate marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.After two years of efforts,the department I led grew by 200% every year, because of this, I was promoted to the Export Department director of the company.

WNM produces a wide range motor from 0.12~10,000kw are used in various industries.During at WNM, I was responsible for a new Foreign Trade Department:★Research to identify new markets and customer needs★Preparing detailed product presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients★Engaging in negotiations to close sales deals while ensuring both profitability for the company and satisfaction for the customer★Managing all aspects of the export process including preparing and verifying required export documentation,ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.★Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers.★Providing post-sale support and handling customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.★Keeping up-to-date with the WNM motors offerings, features, benefits, and potential applications. Participated in cooperation with well-know enterprises such as WEG, DeLaval, Union Cements, Madison, North America,Teral,etc. Working at WNM was a very interesting and valuable experience.
