1.As a PM and a key member of the AVN/DA project to a best-selling SUV model,the product's quality became the best one of the company,and team members are elected as Elite Team by the Software R&D division,my performance appraisal was excellent.Served as mentor of 5 new employees,who had become key staff of the company.2.Participating in development of serveral AVN system product projects for vehicle manufacturer,fixed more than 180 bugs .Debugged complecated system bugs in the field and office.3.Developed and maintained the Audio MW,process Monitor Service,update app,inputmethod app,volume app,setting app,navigation information app.

Worked in the CHD(Connected Home Division，which Developed SoCs for STB、DTV and IPC ) for audio IP audio driver and apps1.Developed and maintained the audio driver ,maintained and improved the reference design of the audio application2.Provided professional technical support and training to company's local FAE teams from Asia,Europe ,North American and South Korea. Debugged the issues of Audio driver/FW/app related,and merged the patches in the SDK branch.3.Writed and renewed the audio application docs,cooperated with colleagues on debugging. Served as software key member,coordinated the project process with hardware and system test team.1.Integrated the Dongtai EPG AD midware in the STB system(based on LSI sc2005 and pSOS operation system),finished software preliminary designing, detailed designing, coding, debugging , and organize code review activities.2.Implemented the IRDETO Loader(for software updating) and Coship midware(Based on the Bcm7019 and Linux, uCOSII OS),and the unit testing and system testing and got certificated(IRDETO Loader/CA,Coship MW).3.Debugged the issues from the customers and released the new software version.4.Participating in the testing and debugging NDS MW project.

Controled the 3G network connect by phone message.
