Lead the product development and support commercialization process working in collaboration with the internal and external cross functional partners(Design, Merchandising, Raw materials, Technical Design, Vendors and our factories) to deliver a product with a strong focus on meeting the business requirements for quality, aesthetic and timelines.2. Focus on meeting the business requirements for quality, target cost and timelines.3. Guide the Design team on fashion trend and design direction4. Continuously provide support on new product introduction, Make quick and correct samples, and ensure responsiveness and flexibility.5. Assist the innovation team to implement or source new materials, new technology and new constructions 6. Ensure product is developed to cost targets

American listed companyResponsible brand: Hush PuppiesThe main responsibilities are as follows:1. Works new last with last factory based on tech package, then send to factories to make pull over, 2. Development follow-up from Prototype to product release for production within the timeline of the development calendar / in line with quality policy and testing standards 3. Co-ordinate the factory and mould shops on all new molds and approval all blueprints for this equipment; thoroughly inspects samples to ensure they meet required quality standards. 4. Works with factory and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of Blue Print and wooden/PU mockups, materials, samples and components to appropriate persons. 5. Works with suppliers to improve the failed materials physical test to meet our lab standard 6. Provides support in the timely delivery of samples of the highest standard in the industry at all stages of development 7. Ensures that developed product is fully evaluated and commercialized (without compromising the integrity of the developed prototype) in preparation for full size grading. Ensures product evaluation covers areas of fit, grading and commercial viability, getting basic size fitting approval for buy ready 8. Ensure product is developed to cost targets
