1. Responsible for placing PO, tracking order, payment and freight for the company’s General Distributed Products, such as PRESO,BCH,SAGE,GREYLINE and NBS etc.; and other suppliers, such as EMERSON,ABB,E+H,SIEMENS etc.; And most of the suppliers I need to contact directly are in U.S.A, Canada, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Japan, Singapore, India, Thailand etc; 2. Responsible for selecting the qualified suppliers (such as MICRO, ULTRAFLUX, EMERSON, E+H, ABB, HONEYWELL,SIEMENS etc. ), inquiry and making procurement plans and contracts, business negotiations, tracking schedule, payment, inspection, freight and import/export declaration for the instrument completed projects, industry equipments completed projects, electric and automation system projects in foreign ; 3. Responsible for making monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports; and project procurement cost accounting; 4. Responsible for the goods freight, and import and export declaration; 5. Responsible for checking and approving the sales contracts in foreign currency and L/C, making all of documents and the negotiation of the L/C;
