LTD. I am working as a Technical IT Recruiter for Profit by RPO offshore clients based in Noida Area, India. Responsibilities Include:• Gathering requirements from Account executives.• Editing,Analysing,Understanding,• Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, passive searching, headhunting, InternalDatabase.• Supported full time recruitment process: Fetching candidates, Communicating, Rate negotiations,Interview Setups.• Communicating everyone on a neutral basis.• Candidate pipelining / Candidate pooling• Advising management of issues/progress as required• Developed sourcing strategies to find the best fit candidate in the talent pool.• Strong understanding of most of the job boards in the US for sourcing & posting (like MOSNTER,DICE, HOTJOBS, CAREERBUILDER, UNIVERITY SITES etc).• Develop relationships and works with a number of approved channel partners• Undertake any other assignments or responsibilities in order to achieve the company’s businessobjectives.
