Usability Services Manager
CurrentLead a team of usability analysts to plan, coordinate, and conduct user experience projects. - Advocate for user experience research and continual enhancement internally and with clients.- Influence the overall user experience design strategy for clients through the use of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. - Facilitate stakeholders meetings, internally and with clients.- Mentor and train analysts on a range of user experience methodologies including heuristic evaluation, user testing, and tree testing.- Ensure analysis quality and brand consistency.- Maintain documentation for internal processes and tools.- Coach analysts to achieve goals and objectives.
