-Set up and Program robots according to new products on Muller IML (In Mold Labelling) Robots, Pages Robot, M-Line Muller, Waldorf Robot -Muller Take-out Robots, Waldorf IML Lid Robot, CBW robots and Pick & Place robot ( 6-Axis Robot), Pages in mold labelling Delta robot-Document issues and communicate with supervisor, Operator and maintenance-Maintain inventory of required parts-Ensure productivity output and quality is maintained-Basic operations of Injection Molding machines like; Husky and Netstal -Initiate and Finalize Root Cause Analysis (5 WHY) of technical issues and breakdowns -Troubleshoot automated machines using SOPs -Set up Up-Stackers and, Pick and place according to new products -Performing Preventive Maintenance of Robots -Interpret Electrical and Mechanical schematics and process flow drawings involving blueprints and PLC’s.Also,Hydraulic and Pneumatics diagrams. -Using various Mechanical and Electrical diagnostic tools -Working with multi-disciplinary team for different projects -Identify improvement opportunities and participate in establishing the performance metrics and the Cl program for the Department. -Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing -Knowledge of GD&T and Assembly Drawings -Hands on experience with AutoCAD-Proficient in Ms-Office and Ms visio

-Robotically weld parts together according to drawings and specifications -Maintaining and troubleshooting welding robots, and implementing robotic welding for manufacturing and production -Stop machines to remove finished material or to change tooling, setup, or material placement, according to required machining sequences -Monitor machine operation and control panel display and compare readings to specifications to detect malfunctions -Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives on all aspect of the job -Provide technical support in developing and improving welding processes -Provide robot preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs -Apply principles of basic welding fundamentals, symbols, and blueprints -Knowledge of Fanuc robots and GMAW welding equipment -Assistance in development of the weld quality control process

An Internship in various departments like; Design, Quality control, Tool Room, Assembly, and CNC Machining Department.
