(2)Performance appraise for team, which includes initial goal setting, middle term review and final assessment. (3)Creation of working process and procedure for AVNET Asia supporting team. Based on the standard & best practices of ITIL version 3 and ITSM (IT service management), the whole supporting working was split into three levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) with clear responsibilities and right. (4)The standardization of documents for AVNET SAP business analyst team and it avoids possible mess or misuse of files. (5)Project Handover Process Creation. Current situation is that no any handover procedure between supporting and project team. With the dismissing of project team after going live, the related information or data missed, so gap generated and caused that supporting was not aware of some new function or change of business process. It is very necessary to setup such handover process. Based new handover process, about 5~10% of project time will be reserved as quality warranty period and it varies from project size. (6)Backup and standby policy setup. Each member is assigned one backup. The backup can provide normal service immediately when the primary owners are not available for possible leaving, so no any negative impact generates. (7)SAP training. In general, project team member or supporting member will conduct SAP training to the end users.(8)Integrated SAP, EDI, WEB and PC& Network support into uniform service center.
