Current situation is that no any handover procedure between supporting and project team. With the dismissing of project team after going live, the related information or data missed, so gap generated and caused that supporting was not aware of some new function or change of business process. It is very necessary to setup such handover process. Based new handover process, about 5~10% of project time will be reserved as quality warranty period and it varies from project size. (6)Backup and standby policy setup. Each member is assigned one backup. The backup can provide normal service immediately when the primary owners are not available for possible leaving, so no any negative impact generates. (7)SAP training.
