Marketing & Branding Development & Management- Revamped and improved the company’s brand identity and positioning with focus in digital and online presence. - Develop and execute an omni-channels marketing strategies utilizing latest digital marketing tools such as social media, online web, online media, and email notifications.- Creating and developing ground marketing activation activities such as ground promotional campaign and events, exhibitions, talks, and engagement sessions.- Manage the day-to-day development and management of project execution and operational matters such as timeline, communication with partner’s agencies, and status reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Project / Programme Development- Co-developed the Executive Diploma in Real Estate (EDRE) that received the accreditation from the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP). More than 300 real estate negotiators have enrolled in the programme since 2015.- Co-developed the APEL C (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) processes and guidelines for UCSI University.- Co-developed the UCSI Talent Development Programme – an internal learning & development ecosystem for all the 20 subsidiaries within the UCSI Group. - Co-developed the Summer Experiential Program – a short-term edu-tourism programme that cater for foreign universities students to experience the culture of Malaysia.

Business Development and Project Management- Developed and managed several key accounts which contributed 15-20% to the total annual revenues.- Oversaw the overall project stages including concept proposal and presentation, cost budgeting, production, client’s servicing, and delivery for several key projects.- Manage and leads the creative team in creative concept development for project pitches ranging from property, retail, F&B, B2B services, and government agencies.Marketing and Brand Development- Consulted and developed brand concept and positioning, and marketing tools inclusive of brochures, mail drops, bunting, banner, billboard, and signage for clients ranging from property, retail, F&B, B2B services, and government agencies.- Lead and supervise the creative team that won the Logo Competition for ‘Malaysian Brand organized by SME Corp (formerly known as SMIDEC) and Brands Association of Malaysia. The ‘Malaysian Brand Logo’ is a mark that recognized the standards and quality of Malaysian products and services that are marketed globally.
