I was brought into Howard Miller to lead the organization as they launched their product into the direct to consumer world. Historically, Howard Miller had only manufactured furniture to sell through business to business channels. My key responsibilities included establishing ecommerce channel partners for SmartMoves Adjustable Height Desks, develop an internal ecommerce platform, drive sales, manage all content, and manage digital marketing, packaging, pricing, and promotions.. Additionally, I was also responsible for the web strategy and content marketing for all business to business product lines as well.
