As an enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional, I am driven by a passion for innovation and growth within the educational sector. Currently, I serve as the Academic Coordinator for the Senior Wing at Vantage Hall Girls' Residential School, Dehradun, where I oversee key responsibilities such as:- Crafting and managing academic timetables, including handling substitutions and remedial planning.- Leading academic staff management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.- Strategizing for holistic academic development to foster student success.- Collaborating with various stakeholders to create a dynamic learning environment.In addition to my leadership role, I actively teach Accounting (CBSE, Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level), Financial Market Management (CBSE), and have recently started teaching Business (Cambridge AS & A Level).I am also currently pursuing the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification from the U.K., with 11 out of 13 papers completed. I expect to complete the qualification by the end of 2025, after which I will be a professionally qualified global chartered accountant.I am passionate about integrating technology into education. I have conducted workshops on AI in Education, helping teachers explore innovative tools and techniques.
