I lead M&A/Strategy for Boyd, reporting to our CEO. Owned by Goldman Sachs (private equity), Boyd is a leading industrial technology company, innovating with cutting-edge solutions across thermal management and engineered materials. After joining Quotient - fka Coupons.com - one year post-IPO, I built the Corp. Dev. function and pipeline, sourcing and leading many transformational and highly successful/accretive acquisitions and key strategic partnerships during my 5+ years on the team.

At NVP, I focused on VC & Growth Equity investments across SaaS, Education/EdTech, media and consumer. I sourced our $50M investment in The Learning Experience (very successfully acq. by Golden Gate in 2018) and helped execute that as well as our substantial investment in SaaS anti-plagiarism leader Turnitin.com (acq. by Advance Publications for $1.7Bn in 2019). I also sourced and worked on executing several other potential investments.NVP is a global VC & growth equity fund that has funded over 550 companies since inception. The firm manages over $7.5Bn and has actively partnered with entrepreneurs to build and grow successful businesses for over 50 years.

MissionPoint was established by the former CEO of Soros Fund Management and the co-founder/former COO of priceline.com to accelerate the transition to a low carbon economy via VC & growth equity financing for clean energy companies. I worked on transaction evaluation and modeling, structuring, diligence, sourcing, financial monitoring, capital raising and supporting the investment portfolio.

I served on the Business & Finance, Undergraduate Education and Facilities & Environment Committees during my time as Young Trustee on the Board, and was also active in helping to establish Duke's campus in Kunshan, China. Additionally, I helped develop the Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative (launched in 2010), which received a $15M seed donation from Duke Board Chairman David Rubenstein. I remain actively involved with Duke.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, assisted in the execution of a variety of M&A, IPO and debt transactions for a broad range of companies.
