Worked in the Diagnostics Features team and main responsibilities included: • Modeling, Simulation and Calibration of Electronic Fuel Systems for Cummins off-highway industrial platforms using Simulink, Proprietary Calibration tools and PTC Integrity• Deliver Control System Designs, Verify and Calibrate software features for Cummins Fuel System platforms using inputs fromsoftware development team.• Design diagnostics, execute tuning, conduct validation tests and analyze the results on embedded software controls for high pressure common rail fuel systems.• Perform testing on bench, fuel system rigs, test cells and vehicles to assess the functioning of fuel systems software and duplicate the problems found by the customer.

• Created experiments on INCA based on the control strategies of OBD monitors.• Assessed OBD monitor behaviour based on software decision and ensured IUMPR on real-time on road tests.• Collected and postprocessed test cell and fleet vehicle data to suggest and evaluate calibration changes.• Created a MATLAB script to generate the robustness matrix of aftertreatment SCR labels from CCM monitors.• Compiled the results of the test cell data and presented the analysis behind the proposed calibration changes to the customer

• Worked on the project sponsored by Honda and Exxon to create a vehicle for the year 2035.• Part of the team that designed and validated the hybrid powertrain configuration of the vehicle using Systems approach.• Worked on the rule-based control strategy for the powertrain subsystem of the vehicle.• Set up the CAN (SAE J1939) communication for the vehicle in conjunction with other subsystems.• Conducted HIL testing of the BMS (Battery Management System) module and the range extender unit using a MicroAutoBox II rapid prototyping unit with initializing sequencing and run-time diagnostics.

• Worked on the simulations for power transfer from powertrain to PTO shaft in the tractor on Simulink.• Part of the team responsible for assembly of transmission system for agricultural tractors.

• Captain of the team that represented my school in ‘International Go-kart Championship, 2015’.• Worked on the engine tuning and steering system design for the vehicle.
