Responsible for implementing a series of programs to support the various businesses within BASF to create a real-life customer-centric business models, which is aligned with one of the four principles of the new BASF strategy “We Innovate to make our customers more successful”. This enhanced principle enforces the guideline “Help our customers to be more successful” from the former BASF 2015 strategy, which in 2005 laid the foundation for perspectives – the BASF forum to accelerate success. Customer-centric solutions with innovation for products, solutions and business models remain consequently a key aspect of the renewed principle. The health and profitability of our customers are fundamental to the profitability and growth of BASF. Only when we understand our customers' specific requirements, both known and unknown, can we deliver innovative solutions that lead to mutual success. Innovating to make our customers more successful is the key to become more successful ourselves.

Develop business strategies for the collection of product offerings from the various divisions within BASF targeting sustainable construction and green building projects.Building BASF brand awareness within the key industry influencers through strategic marketing and business partnership.

Develop strategies to market new products, acquire new clients, engage in market research, identify market trends and generate new businesses.Develop market and business intelligence, formulate and implement business development strategies.Increase BASF brand awareness in construction industry through selected medias of industrial magazines, technical journals and technical presentations in seminars/conferences.Establish relations with key influencers (authorities, architects, consultants & developers) in the area of green building and sustainable construction.

Responsible for the business development, sales and marketing operations of the structural repair & strengthening market in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei.Developed strategic marketing plan for new business in cathodic protection of concrete structures including the technology transfer from UK to Singapore.
