With over two decades of experience in information security, IT operations, and software engineering, I am a GVP Information Security & Compliance at E2open, a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. I hold a CISSP certification and a master's degree in technology commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin, and I have a proven track record of managing and improving the security posture of SaaS and on-premise software and tools.In my current role, I lead and oversee the cybersecurity initiatives, such as data center protection, application hardening, attack response, and security training, for E2open's global customer base. I also manage the compliance team that handles ISO27001, SSAE-18, SOC1, SOC2 audits, and GDPR and PII regulations, ensuring that E2open meets the highest standards of security and privacy. I have successfully built and maintained security reporting capabilities using ELK, integrated AWS services into a hybrid cloud model, and developed and implemented security policies and procedures. My mission is to enable and empower E2open to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions to its customers and partners.
