1. Management of key general performance parameters – Goals, Revenue, Detection of Fraud, Customer Satisfaction levels and Kept Rates2. Effective management of team, through effective setting of expectations, coaching, monitoring, evaluating and reinforcing performance reviews, mentoring, skill building and improvement plans3. Manages and resolves escalated customer concerns and utilizes appropriate business judgment by managing monetary adjustments and making necessary follow ups to customers4. Team development and identification of high potential team members, responsible for succession planning and developing an agreed Personal Improvement Plan for the next role5. Management of employee related concerns such as attrition, absenteeism, morale, conflict resolution, employee grievances and under performance6. Assists in the implementation of the Group compliance policy locally by containing compliance risk in liaison with the relevant Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators
