I am a multi-faceted Operations Executive who believes in order to lead a successful organizational model in this ever shrinking Global Marketplace, one must be collaborative, an open communicator and foster a team-oriented and employee-centric culture. My experience has been in both profit and nonprofit organizations and my leadership style is to be hands-on while encouraging a bold creative mindset among all team members in order to learn, grow and achieve professional excellence. My strengths are in improving company operational effectiveness, including People & Culture initiatives, streamlining financial models to meet company goals while improving efficiencies among team members and their departments in order to help them grow within their career thereby increasing retention and employee relations. My success has been achieved by building relationships among external and internal stakeholders, increasing brand awareness and organizational footprints in the marketplace which leads to increase profits and company growth. I encourage visionary thinking to enhance longevity in the marketplace and to have an impact in the industry which I represent. The goal for my next role would be for an organization (profit or nonprofit) that allows creative, bold thinking who understand that to be successful in today’s global market, one must take a risk, maintain a thoughtful mindset that encourages team work, collaboration and understand your employees are your best asset to success.
