Purpose: To supervise the operation of assigned restaurants by implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of owners, employees and guests.Areas of Responsibility: - Co-ordinating the set-up of restaurant and lounge areas in accordance with the Brand's standards.- Confirming daily specials and new menu additions with the executive chef.- Overseeing the food and beverage service provided in the assigned outlet; coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniques.- Inspecting assigned restaurants and lounge areas on an ongoing basis and take appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceed hotel standards at all times.- Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu items.
