Scope: 300-400 employeesLeading all HR functions of company from green field to normal operation,- Setting up all HR process/ policies/ system: compensation & benefit, working time-rest time, labor disciplinary, labor regulation, training management system, performance evaluation system, contract management,- Hiring personnel as requirement in quantity and competency.- Managing the normal operation of all HR functions, (Hiring, training, payroll, attendance, employee’s data, employee’s performance, employee relation ….) as well as ensuring a proper implementation of company policies, strategies, objectives…- Ensure legal compliance in the related aspect of Personal Income Tax, Insurance, Trade Union, Labor regulation…- Running General Affairs: Services, company event, culture building, external communication, EHS…- Work proactively with senior management to support the business development.- Handle projects as required by management.
