* 10+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.* Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets* I am very adaptive to changing directions as I worked for clients with large scale, high volume, and fast-paced environment.* Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results* Aggressive and self-motivated with excellent communications and negotiation skills.* Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with little direct supervision.* Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. Well versed in business process of recruiting and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.* Experience working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, pre-screening, technical interviewing, initial background/reference checks, calling prospects and closing the requirement. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.* Excellent knowledge of various employment and recruitment methods and laws specifically H1B, L1, TN visas and EAD’s like H4, L2, OPT, CPT and GC.* Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws of immigration process with regarding to US work visas.
