Restarted the Effective Speaking Team in the squadron, mentoring and encouraging the next wave of cadets to learn effective speaking, debate, and proper instructional techniques.

Started the Cadet Program in 2019 and have continued ever since! One of the best and most memorable experiences that I ever had.

Promoted to the rank of Flight Sergeant, successfully completed the fourth year of the Air Cadet Proficiency Level Training Program.Also promoted to the Level One Instructor Head, teaching and instructing over 60 level ones.

Won fourth overall in the Beyond Business Case Competition, winning $100 as one of the finalists.

Were one of the ten groups in North America qualified to participate in the regional round of the Harvard Crimson Global Case Competition.
