• Processing manual payments on online banking tool or through bank letters and proactively supervise payment status.• Perform daily bank accounting & bank reconciliation and clear transitory accounts proactively.• Front end with various banks (externally) and perform general ledger accounting and period-end closing (reconcile accounts).• Support Accounts Receivable Accounting and support RPA (Robotics).• Allocate and report manual payments, petty cash, physical checks, and paper-based payments.

• Manage Pre-Payment Audit (check) T&E expense claims• Supervise Pre-system interface and check that all data has been transferred to financial system• Handle Cash Advance and initiate payments• Provide concur reports• Plan, implement and follow-up delivery of services (team leader)• Implement changes in processes, services and scope (team leader)
