 Operating and Maintenance of 110KV / 6.6 KV ( 16 MVA ) Power Transformers ( 02 No’s)  Operating and Maintenance of 6.6 KV/ 440 V Auxiliary Transformer (4 No’s)  Operation& Maintenance of 110 KV SF6 Breakers(ABB), 6.6 KV VCB (Vaccum Circuit Breaker) upto rating of 2000 Amps & 415 V ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) upto rating of 3000 Amps. Operation & Maintenance of 725 KVA DG set. Maintenance of switch yard isolators periodically. Operating the limit switch setting for open –close feed back to the DCS of motorized valves. Monitoring and controlling the 110/6.6 KV control panels & relay panels. Maintenance of both HT & LT motors up to 1300 HP. Handling UPS trouble shooting. Involved in fault finding and Relay resetting. Monitoring and preparing Log for Power Consumption. Handling Preventive maintenance of equipment as per Schedule & checking all electrical equipment as per checklist. Development of several process parameters, testing techniques and design changes to improve the quality of manufacturing process. Handled the service and maintenance of servo stabilizer & digital electronic weighing scales manufactured by leading companies.
