Key tasks included data preprocessing to refine data quality—this involved cleaning, exploratory analysis, and encoding categorical variables for more accurate analyses. I handled extensive data spanning 12 subjects, building XGBoost models to forecast performance and utilizing Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation to remedy data imbalances. Additionally, I applied SHAP values from deep learning to interpret influential features, providing clarity on what affects student performance significantly.

I developed a Clickhouse-based analytics platform, releasing a comprehensive suite using Python and SQL to analyze business lines. I preprocessed extensive historical sales data since 2008 with Python, applying text normalization and tokenization to identify key sales trends. Managing an enterprise-scale dataset with 4 million records and 120 variables, I conducted exploratory data analysis (EDA) and principal component analysis (PCA), engineering 72 new features that strengthened the dataset.
