Was mostly the night shift manager. Did some morning opening. Did a bit of everything from taking orders. Making food. Handing food out. Cashier. Clean. Stock. Running shifts. Night deposits. Night paper work. Hourly paper work. Waste. Inventory count. Put truck orders away.

Wash dishes. Put dishes away, prep cook foods to be cook threw day. Then moved to pantry cook. Made salads. Deserts. And cold sandwiches.
