The oldest and largest material handling company in the United States serving a variety of companies across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi with a full range of quality products to meet every material handling need.Leading the Sales Coordinator Team of 11 through the Sales Order/Quote Process to ensure accuracy and completion.Sales Order Process ;Verify credit approval prior to processing sales orders; Summarize and communicate needed information/documents from credit department for Wiese approvals if not initially approved; Ensure sales orders are accurate and complete; Work with sales team to ensure sales order accuracy by phone (email as a last result);Use initiative to address items within influence; Research stock equipment for potential fits and submit to asset management for modifications pricing; Track profit levels expected on sales order vs. actual, report any negative variation that they are unable to correct; Complete Order Entry Form with Required Information for Order Specialist; Start database records in computer system and start paper file; Supply Order Specialist with sales order for order entry; Maintain changes or updates to CSDs and products ordered;Communicate order status and expected arrival date and customer required date; Coordinate with service department for preparation and delivery; Coordinate delivery of all sales orders with service department and salesmen. Pull CSD report from database and push vendors for late deliveries;Match vendor invoices with original sales order; Coordinate all components of sales orders in ERP to invoice customers per current invoice met; Search for products to fill orders when not currently available;Obtain shop quotes necessary to fulfill order with stock machine(s) – including vendors; Verify and maintain items are saved in camera: sales order, invoices, receivers (packing slips), delivery reports, BOLs are saved in camera;
