Matrix works with some of the most at-risk and acute youth in Santa Clara County, including foster youth and juvenile youth. Youth are referred through Department of Family and Children Services or the Juvenile Probation Department. We’re a community-based mental health program and we utilize the WRAPAROUND philosophy. We currently have an 85% success rate in graduating youth who receive our services.
