• Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully analyze, initiate, plan, execute, and monitor the company's corporate application stack and portfolio.• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on all technology related deliverables, tasks, activities and development of integration toolsets and practices for corporate application solutions; provide guidance on best practices, standardization, and documentation.• Provide application advisory services and develop a strong partnership with C-level, functional leaders, SME's, power users, and third-party vendors.• Establish relationships at all levels across the organization to effectively collaborate in identifying new technological directions to support the business and IT strategies.• Manage technical staff, and business process owners within all phases of the Applications Development Life Cycle, Validation Life Cycle and within Project Management standards.• Creation of governance policies, and security and compliance policies, annual corporate training, and awareness program.• Ensure IT system and operation adheres to InfoSec certification requirements (SOC2/ISO).• Evaluate, review, and assess third-party vendors, and software acquisitions.• Guide the development of IT Team members, including setting objectives, coaching, and delivering performance reviews.
