Designed and facilitated a course for Introduction to World Religions. Incorporated cutting-edge technology, graphic design, and multi-media learning materials and course instruction aides.

Plan and conduct professional events for educators throughout the country; Develop and implement new strategies to enhance educational and nonprofit partnerships. Selected Contributions:► Spearheaded a national scale up initiative which has involved the hiring and supervision of a trainer-educator team and support staff, extending reach, implementing and tracking program assessment; grant writing, administration and reporting, and surpassing targets for deliverables.► Created, revised, and edited new curricular resources on diverse topics.► Directed web redevelopment project and launched new website. ► Designed and created all content for an online professional development course for educators.

Earned several, successive promotions within the religion department and the college for the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa institution. Selected Contributions:► Championed special programs that improved and expanded on the student experience including the development of summer seminars for first generation students of color and immersion courses in West Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.► Researched and implemented trends in digital technology in the classroom and in hybrid learning environments to enhance student learning. ► Chaired and participated in key faculty governance and campus committees that focused on strategic planning, educational best-practices and innovation, and policy development. ► Trained, on-boarded, and mentored new and existing faculty, staff, and student workers. Honed their technical and leadership skills through interactive training and on-the-job learning experiences. ► Published regularly in scholarly, student, and general-audience publications.
