• Develop personal relationships and seek for new business partners including leisure & group segments.• Issue Wholesales FIT Agreement and ad-hoc promotion. Monitoring agents’ performance, on the book, and booking pace. Update agents’ performance and work closely with specific Global Sales Office.• Successfully negotiate and close new business groups; prepare group proposals, follow up closely, negotiate and ensure new contracts are locked in consistently.• Handle hotel site inspection and familiarization groups.• Manage strong team, supervise and coaching where needed.• Ensure complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guests’ expectation.• Weekly tele-calling, weekly sales calls, and overseas sales trips.
