• Translate insights and user needs from research and analytics into sketches and interactive prototypes to quickly assess the ideas' viability
• Collaborate on a daily basis with designers across teams to continuously improve Poka design processes, design system and principles
• Design detailed workflows, high-fidelity mock-ups, interactions and specifications required to make the solution a reality

• Raised CIS brand awareness on 3rd party vendor websites by designing 30+ assets for web and print every month while ensuring CIS brand consistency
• Increased foot traffic by creating assets such as posters and window decals for special events (e.g. Valentine’s day, Diwali and Ramadan)
