• Manage reduction CPP Employees from 142 person to 82 persons to minimize production cost

• Responsible to ensure all stock and material consumption such as Magnetite, Flocculant and Sprats etc for all Equipments ready at Logistic
• Arrange and monitor budget and operational cost; establish for the maintenance or repair of equipment in order to optimize maximum utilization of plants, monitor and maintain a good quality of work to prevent errors.
